ČSOB Smart experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting the quarter with around 7K downloads and peaking at nearly 14K in the week of October 24. The app's active users increased from approximately 77.7K at the end of September to about 85.3K by the end of December.

Smart Banka saw a decline in weekly downloads, from approximately 7.9K at the beginning of the quarter to around 4.4K in mid-December, before rebounding to about 6.5K in the last week of December. Active users for the app grew steadily, starting at around 80.5K and ending the quarter with about 94K.
